Ingredients

  • 1 package prepared pork carnitas
  • 3/4 can (20oz.) DOLE® Canned Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, diced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 6 corn tortillas, warmed

Method

  1. Warm carnitas according to package directions.
  2. Combine pineapple, green onion, cilantro, avocado, and lime juice in a medium bowl. Stir well.
  3. Serve pork with corn tortillas and pineapple salsa.
