You will need

  • 1 pkg. (1 lb.) prepared pork carnitas
  • 1 (15 oz.) DOLE® Fridge Pack Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 6 corn tortillas, warmed

Method

  1. Warm carnitas according to package directions.
  2. Combine pineapple, green onion, cilantro, avocado, and lime juice in a medium bowl. Stir well.
  3. Serve pork with corn tortillas and pineapple salsa.
