1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1/2 cup rolled oats

desiccated coconut, sweetened, optional
Steps to Sunshine!

Prepare the Overnight Oats: In a mason jar or a bowl, combine the rolled oats with Dole Pineapple Mango Juice.
Stir well and let the oats soak in the juice overnight in the fridge. This will give the oats time to absorb the juice and soften up. -
Assemble the Parfait: In a glass or bowl, layer the Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Dole Canned Mango, and the overnight oats.
