You will need

  • 1

    medium DOLE® Banana, peeled

  • 1

    cup frozen DOLE® Tropical Gold Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed

  • 1

    cup frozen DOLE® Raspberries, partially thawed

  • 2

    cartons (6 oz. each) raspberry lowfat yogurt

  • 1/4

    cup (2 oz.) soy protein or whey powder

Method

  • 1

    Combine banana, pineapple chunks, raspberries, yogurt and soy protein in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth. Garnish with additional raspberries, if desired.
