Ingredients

  • 1 Banana(s), peeled
  • 1 cup DOLE® Frozen Tropical Gold® Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed
  • 1 cup DOLE® Frozen Raspberries, partially thawed
  • 2 carton (6 oz. each) raspberry lowfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (2 oz.) soy protein or whey powder

Method

  1. Combine banana, pineapple chunks, raspberries, yogurt and soy protein in blender or food processor container.
  2. Cover; & Blend until smooth.
  3. Garnish with additional raspberries, if desired.
