Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15.25oz) Dole® Tropical Gold® Chunks, drained and chopped lightly
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp jalapeno chiles, chopped
  • 3/4 tsp grated lime peel

Method

  1. Combine pineapple, bell peppers, onion, cilantro, chilies and lime peel in medium bowl.
  2. Mix with a spoon to evenly blend.
  3. Serve salsa at room temperature or slightly chilled.

Hint: Use salsa served over chicken or fish, as a dip with tortilla chips, spooned over quesadillas or tacos.
