Pineapple Salsa
A tasty and quick salsa.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15.25oz) Dole® Tropical Gold® Chunks, drained and chopped lightly
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp jalapeno chiles, chopped
- 3/4 tsp grated lime peel
Method
- Combine pineapple, bell peppers, onion, cilantro, chilies and lime peel in medium bowl.
- Mix with a spoon to evenly blend.
- Serve salsa at room temperature or slightly chilled.
