You will need

    cup DOLE® Jarred Pineapple Chunks, with 1/4 cup reserved juice

  • 3/4

    cup coconut milk

  • 1/4

    cup chia seeds

  • 1

    tablespoon honey or agave nectar

    Combine coconut milk, 1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice, chia seeds, and agave in a bowl. Whisk to blend. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Measure 1 cup pineapple chunks and divide between two 8-ounce mason jars. Top with chia pudding. Garnish with coconut, if desired.
