can (20 oz.) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple, drained

lb. chopped cooked chicken breasts

tablespoons hot sauce

cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

flour tortillas (6-inch)
Method

Melt butter in skillet and stir in crushed pineapple; cook until pineapple is lightly golden. Add chicken; heat through. Remove from heat.

Stir together cheese and hot sauce. Set aside.

Spoon pineapple chicken mixture over four tortillas. Sprinkle cheese mixture over and top with remaining tortillas.

Heat quesadillas in skillet over medium heat until crispy on both sides.
