cup green or red bell pepper chopped divided

cup diced green onion, divided

teaspoon garlic salt

teaspoon onion salt

cup pecans, diced
Method

Drain pineapple well and pat dry.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in crushed pineapple, 3/4 cup bell pepper, 3 tablespoons green onion, garlic and onion salt, until blended. Place on a sheet of plastic wrap; shape into a ball and cover. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight until firm.

Roll cheese ball into pecans remaining 1/4 cup bell pepper and 1 tablespoon green onion. Serve with assorted crackers.
