You will need

  • 1 can (6 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple or Pineapple Mango Juice
  • 1 cup frozen DOLE® Mango Chunks
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup English cucumber, chopped


  1. Combine pineapple juice, mango, spinach, avocado, and cucumber in blender.  Cover; blend until smooth.
