You will need
- 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, drained
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 (1 lb.) ham steak (1/2 inch thick), cut into 4 equal pieces
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
Method
- Stir together pineapple, maple syrup and curry powder in a medium sized bowl and set aside.

Heat 1/2 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ham and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove ham from skillet and keep warm.
- Add remaining butter to warm skillet along with pineapple mixture. Cook 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add brown sugar and cook 1 minute or until sugar is fully blended. Serve glazed pineapple over ham.
