You will need

  • 1-1/2 cups frozen DOLE® Mango Carrot Fruit and Veggie Blend
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 cups almond milk


  1. Combine mango carrot blend, pumpkin, spice, honey, and almond milk in blender. Cover- blend until smooth.
