    tablespoons lemon juice

    (15 oz.) DOLE® Fridge Pack Mandarin Oranges, juice reserved

  • 6

    cups baby kale

  • 1/3

    cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/3

    cup sunflower seeds

Method

    Combine olive oil, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons reserved juice, in a small bowl. Whisk to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Add kale, mandarins, cheese, and sunflower seeds to large bowl. Pour dressing over and toss gently to coat.
