You will need

  • 1 (12-inch) pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (8 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits, drained
  • 1/4 cup (2 oz.) sliced Canadian bacon, cut into quarters

Method

  1. Brush pizza crust with oil. Spoon sauce over crust. Sprinkle with cheese and pineapple tidbits. Top with Canadian bacon.
  2. Bake at 450° F., 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
