Grilled Tropical Burger

It's always a good time for grilled pineapple on a burger!

Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard barbeque sauce
  • 1 can (15.25oz) Dole® Tropical Gold® Slices, drained
  • 4 sliced kaiser or hamburger rolls, sliced
  • 4 slice cheddar cheese
  • 4 large red or green lettuce leaves
  • 4 red onion, thinly cut

Steps to Sunshine!

  1. Grill meat until no longer pink inside, brushing occasionally with barbeque sauce. Add pineapple slices to grill the last 5 to 10 minutes, and cook until golden brown.
  2. Toast buns on grill.
  3. Place burger on bun. Top with cheese, grilled pineapple slice, lettuce and onion slice. Cover with bun top and serve.
