Grilled Pineapple Glazed Chicken Tenders

Pineapple makes chicken mouthwatering and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20oz.) DOLE® Canned Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple Juice Learn More
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Steps to Sunshine!

  1. Combine pineapple chunks, barbecue sauce, soy sauce and honey in blender or food processor. Cover, blend until smooth.
  2. Place chicken tenders in large bowl. Pour 3/4 pineapple mixture over chicken; mix well. Marinate in refrigerator 30 to 60 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium high heat; brush or spray with oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in center.
  4. Sprinkle chicken with sesame seed and serve with remaining sauce for dipping.
  5. Optional Tip Mix reserved juice with 2 oz. soda water and 2 oz. vodka for a delicious Pineapple Vodka Soda!
