You will need
4 cup (5 oz.) DOLE® Baby Spinach
3/4 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup DOLE® Pineapple Juice, chilled
1 cup frozen DOLE® Mango Chunks, partially thawed
1 DOLE® Banana
1 tbsp. whole ground flaxseed meal
- Combine spinach, soy milk and pineapple juice in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth, scraping down sides, if necessary.
- Add mango chunks, banana and flaxseed. Cover; blend until smooth.
