You will need

  • 4

    cup (5 oz.) DOLE® Baby Spinach

  • 3/4

    cup vanilla soy milk

  • 1/2

    cup DOLE® Pineapple Juice, chilled

  • 1

    cup frozen DOLE® Mango Chunks, partially thawed

  • 1

    DOLE® Banana

  • 1

    tbsp. whole ground flaxseed meal

Method

    Combine spinach, soy milk and pineapple juice in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth, scraping down sides, if necessary.

    Add mango chunks, banana and flaxseed. Cover; blend until smooth.
