You will need

  • 1/2 pound DOLE® Baby Spinach Salad Blend
  • 1 can (15 oz.) DOLE® Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • 1/4 cup ripe olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup DOLE® Red Onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup light balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Method

  1. Combine spinach, mandarin oranges, olives and onion in large serving bowl.
  2. Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss to evenly coat. Top with feta cheese.
