A sweet pineapple topping for cheesecakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple, undrained
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  1. Combine undrained pineapple, sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens. For cheesecake, spread over top before serving.
