You will need

  • 1-1/2 cups frozen DOLE® Blueberries
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 -3 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon whole flaxseeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Combine blueberries, milk, maple syrup, walnuts, flaxseed and cinnamon in blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
