Ingredients

2 cup boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked, cubed

1-1/2 cup DOLE® Frozen Blueberries

1 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup celery

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup lemon lowfat yogurt

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1/4 tsp salt

1 package (6 oz.) sweet butter lettuce

Combine chicken, blueberries, cranberries, celery, bell pepper and green onions in large bowl.

Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise and salt in small bowl. Gently fold into chicken-fruit mixture; chill.

Arrange salad blend on small plates and spoon chicken-fruit mixture over salad.
