You will need

  • 3/4 ounce gin or non-alcoholic gin
  • 3/4 ounce white rum or non-alcoholic rum
  • 1 ounce blue curacao (non alcoholic)
  • 2 ounces DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce egg whites
  • - orange bitters

Method

  1. Prechill a 6 oz coup glass and set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients in an iced cocktail shaker, and shake for 20 seconds to chill.
  3. Remove ice and dry shake for an additional 10 to aerate the cocktail.
  4. Pour into a coup glass which has been atomized with 2 sprays of orange bitters.
  5. Garnish with mint sprigs and matchstick of crystalized ginger, if desired.
