You will need

  • 3 cups frozen DOLE® Mixed Berries, partially thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups merlot or other red wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 10 (3 oz.) popsicle molds or paper cups


  1. Stir together mixed berries, wine, lemon juice and sugar in medium bowl. Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Place stick in molds. Freeze 2 to 3 hours or until frozen.
