1 lb asparagus, trimmed, cut into 1 inch pieces, blanch

6 oz arugula, washed and stemmed

1 can (15 oz) canellini beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup fat free raspberry dressing
