September 22, 2015 – Buffalo, NY – – Today Congressman Brian Higgins of the 26th District joined executives from Tops Friendly Markets, Dole Packaged Foods, Captain Planet Foundation and Nardin Academy Elementary School to inaugurate a special Learning Garden for the school. Together, these three organizations joined forces to offer Nardin students the opportunity to interact with the environment through a learning garden, while expanding their palates and learning about food origins.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. – (June 11, 2015) – Dole Packaged Foods announced today that its North American headquarter building at 3059 Townsgate Road in Westlake Village, CA was awarded LEED Gold Certification. The recently constructed Westlake Park Place Building C is a 105,000 square-foot, four-story core and shell office building that incorporates a wide range of aggressive energy efficiency measures as well as a 577 kilo-watt solar panel array which provides almost 75% of the building’s electricity needs. The building was developed by the Searles Property Group in partnership with the Denver based real estate investment fund manager Amstar.

People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.

LOS ANGELES – July 8, 2013 – On Saturday, July 6, South Central Los Angeles welcomed the new 3 Worlds Café, a student-run enterprise that offers healthy beverages and snacks representative of the diverse neighborhood it’s in. Conceptualized and brought to life by student, company and community partnerships, 3 Worlds Café is a collaboration of Dole Packaged Foods, Kogi, the Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD) and students from Jefferson High School to not only offer healthy food options, but to serve as a community hub committed to providing job skills and business training for youth, and highlighting the culture of the area through art, music and literary exhibitions.

New Dole Financial and Business Update

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, California – April 1, 2013 – Dole Food Company, Inc. (NYSE: DOLE) today announced completion of the sale of its worldwide packaged foods and Asia fresh businesses to ITOCHU Corporation for $1.685 billion cash, resulting in a major portion of Dole’s operations and assets being sold, including exclusive rights to the DOLE^® brand on certain packaged food products worldwide and on certain fresh produce in Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
