Pineapple Overnight Chia Jars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup DOLE® Jarred Pineapple Chunks in 100% Juice, with 1/4 reserved juice
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave nectar

Method

  1. Combine coconut milk, 1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice, chia seeds, and agave in a bowl. Whisk to blend. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Measure 1 cup pineapple chunks and divide between two 8-ounce mason jars. Top with chia pudding. Garnish with coconut, if desired.
