Ginger Mango Smoothie

A healthy smoothie, both sweet and tart. Great for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup DOLE® 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 cup crystallized ginger, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped (optional)
  • 2 cup DOLE® Frozen Mango Chunks, partially thawed

Method

  1. Combine almond milk, pineapple juice and gingers in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until ginger is finely chopped. Add mango, cover; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
