Blueberry Power Smoothie
Next time you find yourself craving a refreshing drink, whip up this delicious and healthy blueberry smoothie. A great way to use fresh or frozen blueberries, this smoothie gets a boost of omega-3’s from flaxseeds and walnuts and takes less than 5 minutes to make!
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup frozen DOLE® Blueberries
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 -3 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp whole flaxseeds
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
- Combine blueberries, milk, maple syrup, walnuts, flaxseed and cinnamon in blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
