Classic Mandarin Orange Salad
Fresh spinach and a vinaigrette with juicy mandarin oranges.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb baby spinach salad blend
- 1 can (15 oz.) DOLE® Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 1/4 cup ripe olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup light balsamic vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Method
- Combine spinach, mandarin oranges, olives and onion in large serving bowl.
- Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss to evenly coat. Top with feta cheese.
