Holiday Sangria
This sangria has a combination of red wine with brandy and mixed fruit added as a garnish. Wonderful sangria to serve during the winter months.
Ingredients
- 3 cup DOLE® Frozen Mixed Fruit, partially thawed
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 bottles red wine
- 3 can (6 oz.) DOLE® 100% Pineapple Juice
Method
- Place mixed fruit, brandy and sugar in 2 to 3 quart pitcher and stir to combine.
- Set in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.
- Add wine and pineapple juice stir to combine. Serve over ice.
