Pineapple Cider Rum Cocktail
A delicious rum and pineapple cocktail flavored with warm spices such as cinnamon and cloves.
Ingredients
- 1 can 46oz ned Pineapple Juice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 2 cup dark or gold rum
Method
- Add juice, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger to a large pot over medium high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer. Cook for 10 min.
- Strain juice and chill 3 hours. Add rum.
- Serve over ice.
