Pineapple Hot Cheese Dip
The pineapple gives this hot cheese dip a tropical twist, which is great for entertaining.
Ingredients
- 12 oz bacon
- 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple, well drained
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 to 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 3 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 assorted crackers or tortilla chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Cook bacon according to package directions. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
- Stir together crushed pineapple, cheeses, bacon and greens onions until well blended. Spoon into baking dish.
- Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve hot with crackers or tortilla chips.
