Cheesecake Pineapple Topping
A sweet pineapple topping for cheesecakes.
Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Method
- Combine undrained pineapple, sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens. For cheesecake, spread over top before serving.
