Ingredients

  • 2 cup DOLE® Fruit & Veggie Blends Tropical Avocado with kale
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 tsp granola
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup DOLE® Frozen Blueberries, partially thawed
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tsp agave nectar or honey

Method

  1. Combine frozen fruit blend, coconut milk, and avocado in blender.  Cover; blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Top smoothie bowls with granola, almonds, chia, and fruit. Drizzle with agave nectar.
  3. TIP: Use a small cookie cutter to cut fun shapes out of sliced kiwi.
