Hawaiian Naan Pizza
Pineapple is the secret ingredient for delicious pizza!
Ingredients
- 2 l large naan breads
- 3/4 cup prepared pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 4 DOLE® Canned Pineapple Slices in 100% Pineapple Juice, drained and diced
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional), cooked and crumbled (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Place naan bread on foil-lined baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly on top.
- Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese, and top with pineapple and bacon.
- Bake until crust is golden brown and cheese has melted, about 10 minutes.
