Ingredients
- 1 cup DOLE® Frozen Sliced Strawberries, partially thawed
- 1 cup DOLE® Frozen Tropical Gold® Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup DOLE® 100% Pineapple Juice
Method
- Combine strawberries, pineapple, oats, coconut and pineapple juice in blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth.
