Bubbling Pineapple Punch
This pineapple punch is both fizzy and refreshing.
Ingredients
- 1 can (46 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Juice, chilled
- 1 can (12 oz.) apricot nectar, chilled
- 1 (32 oz.) ginger ale bottle, chilled
- 2 pt pineapple or orange sorbet, softened
- 3 cup DOLE® Frozen Mixed Fruit, partially thawed
Method
- Pour chilled juices and ginger ale over sorbet in punch bowl. Add ice cubes. Garnish with frozen mixed fruit and mint, if desired.
