Pineapple Overnight Chia Jars
This nutritious dish is easy to make and is great for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup DOLE® Jarred Pineapple Chunks in 100% Juice, with 1/4 reserved juice
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or agave nectar
Method
- Combine coconut milk, 1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice, chia seeds, and agave in a bowl. Whisk to blend. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Measure 1 cup pineapple chunks and divide between two 8-ounce mason jars. Top with chia pudding. Garnish with coconut, if desired.
