The Analytical Lab Helper position performs custodial work and receipt of samples in the Analytical Lab. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment along with proper receipt of samples which include but not limited to a variety of fruits, spices and proteins.

The Manager, R&D is responsible for delivering innovation that will contribute to volume growth in all potential channels and that will help us realize our mission of providing access nutrition for more than one billion people.

All our innovations are based on two principles:

Increasing access to nutrition and reducing waste of nutrition.We promise to use zero processed sugars, have zero fruit loss, and zero plastics by 2025.

The innovation funnel will include a combination of projects designed to sustain growth of our “core” products (ingredients, beverages, frozen etc.) but may also include expanding into new categories identified as “white space” opportunities by the business.

This role serves as a subject matter expert, managing significant projects or processes with minimal oversight and contributing to departmental planning and results.

This role provides flexibility to work in a hybrid environment of home and our Westlake Village, CA office. (Hybrid is defined as 3 times per week in the office).

The HR Administrator provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Human Resources team, helping ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR operations and a positive employee and candidate experience. This role supports recruiting logistics, onboarding, employee programs, training, and internal communications, while also serving as backup administrative support for executive calendars and/or meeting logistics in HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.

This role performs clearly defined professional tasks under close supervision while developing foundational knowledge and skills within the job area.

This role is primarily based onsite at our Westlake Village, CA office, with an expectation of working on-site 4–5 days per week. Limited flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement may be available on occasion based on business needs.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Under close supervision responsible for the safe production and quality of Frozen Fruit through the operation, maintenance and sanitation of food production and packaging equipment.  May perform the following tasks including lifting, stacking, dumping, pushing and pulling of frozen fruit boxes. The Human Resources Business Partner(HRBP) is accountable for delivering human resources support to a frozen fruit manufacturing facility for Dole Packaged Foods. This is a hands-on HR position supporting the manufacturing plant of approximately 100 employees through partnering and driving the implementation of HR processes and initiatives throughout the plant. This role is partner in promoting a results oriented and performance driven culture. As a people leader, this role has a HR Coordinator to support HR and Plant objectives. The HRBP will be lead employee relations, employment/recruiting and staffing, onboarding, records administration, performance management and training, and other various HR functions. The position will also support wage, salary, and benefit administration functions.

This role reports into the Manufacturing Human Resources Director, based in California and will be a partner to the Plant Manager and Operations teams.

The R&D Lab Technologist supports the Product Development & Innovation (PDI) team by executing hands-on laboratory work that helps bring new food products from concept through commercialization. This role is responsible for preparing samples, conducting lab-scale testing, maintaining the R&D lab environment, and supporting product development, evaluation, and plant trials across multiple product categories, including snacks, beverages, and frozen foods.

R&D Lab Technologists apply established methods, protocols, and procedures to support formulation, testing, and documentation, working under the guidance of the PDI Management team. This role is primarily hands-on and operational, with increasing technical scope and independence by level.

On-site presence 5 days per week at the Westlake Village office is required.

Clean warehouses and surrounding areas include chipping ice from doorways and inside freezers floors, fix damaged cases, pallets and familiarize yourself with the warehouse freezer layout.
