      The Plant Human Resources Manager serves as the on-site HR leader for the McDonough manufacturing facility. This role provides hands-on leadership and support across employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, training, leaves of absence, and HR operations. The position partners closely with plant leadership and headquarters HR Centers of Excellence to develop practical people solutions that support business objectives while fostering a safe, compliant, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

      The Plant Human Resources Manager directly supervises one HR Coordinator and is responsible for ensuring effective and responsive HR service delivery for the facility.

      This role is an on-site position based at our frozen fruit manufacturing plant in McDonough, Georgia.       The Senior Manager, Revenue Management provides enterprise leadership and authoritative expertise in Revenue Management, defining the strategies, frameworks, methodologies, and governance that drive pricing, assortment, and Price-Pack Architecture decisions across the business.       The Director, Warehousing Operations provides strategic and operational leadership across Dole’s North American distribution network, including third-party logistics partners, internal distribution operations, inventory control, service performance, network optimization, and warehousing execution. This role is accountable for distribution-related financial performance, operational excellence, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives that support Dole’s growth objectives and customer commitments.

      Dole Packaged Foods is seeking an experienced, business-oriented Corporate Counsel to join its Legal team and support the Americas region, with primary responsibility for commercial contracts, strategic transactions, and practical legal counseling across commercial, operational, and regulatory matters.

      The Senior Inventory & Supply Planner is responsible for executing inventory and supply planning processes across assigned business areas, ensuring alignment with demand, production, and financial targets. This role develops and maintains supply plans, manages inventory strategies using DRP/MRP methodologies, and partners cross-functionally to identify risks, resolve constraints, and support S&OP outcomes, while driving data-driven improvements in service, cost, and inventory performance.

      This role works independently on complex assignments, leads projects or processes, and provides guidance and coaching to others within the job area.
