DESCRIPTION: 

The primary responsibilities of this role will be to record and input data for the inventory control system, maintain accurate inventory quantities, resolve material discrepancies, monitor and reconcile material usage in & out of production, report findings and recommendations for improvement as necessary.

Dole Packaged Foods is seeking an experienced, business-oriented Corporate Counsel to join its Legal team and support the Americas region, with primary responsibility for commercial contracts, strategic transactions, and practical legal counseling across commercial, operational, and regulatory matters.

This role is designed for an attorney with approximately 7–10 years of relevant experience who can independently manage sophisticated commercial matters in a fast-paced, global organization while partnering cross-functionally with commercial, supply chain, marketing, procurement, IT, finance, and other functional teams.

The Director, Warehousing Operations provides strategic and operational leadership across Dole’s North American distribution network, including third-party logistics partners, internal distribution operations, inventory control, service performance, network optimization, and warehousing execution. This role is accountable for distribution-related financial performance, operational excellence, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives that support Dole’s growth objectives and customer commitments.

As a key Supply Chain leader, this role partners cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, IT, and executive leadership to drive network performance, productivity improvement, cost optimization, and operational discipline. The Director also leads complex warehouse implementations, transitions, start-ups, consolidations, and change initiatives while holding 3PL partners accountable for service, cost, safety, inventory accuracy, and contractual performance.

The Senior Manager, IBP is a newly created role responsible for building, running, and continuously improving the company’s Integrated Business Planning process. Sitting at the intersection of commercial, supply chain, and finance, this role is the operational engine behind IBP — designing the process architecture, facilitating monthly review cycles, and ensuring that plans across demand and supply translate into coherent financial and strategic decisions. Beyond process ownership, this role serves as the organization’s center of excellence for supply and demand planning metrics, establishing the performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and analytical standards used across the demand and supply planning functions led by peer directors. This is a high-visibility role with direct senior leadership exposure and significant cross-functional influence.

The Senior Inventory & Supply Planner is responsible for executing inventory and supply planning processes across assigned business areas, ensuring alignment with demand, production, and financial targets. This role develops and maintains supply plans, manages inventory strategies using DRP/MRP methodologies, and partners cross-functionally to identify risks, resolve constraints, and support S&OP outcomes, while driving data-driven improvements in service, cost, and inventory performance.

This role works independently on complex assignments, leads projects or processes, and provides guidance and coaching to others within the job area.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leveraging brand strategies to develop Dole Packaged Foods’ business in the region’s customer base to deliver sales revenue growth, distribution and innovation targets, category share, profitability, and supply chain goals.  This person proudly represents the Dole brand with the customer, enhancing the Dole brand through appropriate distribution, pricing, shelving, and promotional activities.

This role encompasses a broad range of account responsibilities, primarily focused on regional grocery retailers and distributors in the Midwest, with some accounts also located in the Southeast U.S.  

This role is based remotely, preferably in a Midwest state, but consideration will also be given to the following eligible locations: AR, AZ, CA, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, ME, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, TN, TX, UT, WI.
