The Director, Walmart is responsible for leading Dole Packaged Foods’ strategic partnership with Walmart and Walmart.com, driving sustainable sales growth, profitability, category leadership, and long-term business development. This role serves as the primary executive relationship owner with Walmart, developing and executing customer strategies that align with Dole’s organizational priorities while maximizing omnichannel growth opportunities. The Director leads cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer outcomes, strengthen strategic partnerships, and achieve annual and multi-year business objectives.

This role is home-office based in or around the Bentonville, Rogers or Fayetteville, AR area.

Dole Packaged Foods (McDonough Operations) is a large diverse operation with the primary function of processing and packaging frozen fruit for retail sale.  Critical to the execution of Dole McDonough’s function of processing and packaging frozen fruit is various processing and packaging equipment.  To support business success, the site will be staffed first and second shift to provide maintenance support to ensure safe and reliable operation. Candidates will need to be flexible to work first or second shift, and weekends as needed.

Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of skilled, journey-level duties in the installation, design, maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery used in the operation of a food manufacturing facility and performs related duties as assigned.

Maintenance Level II is the experienced/journey-level class in the series, fully competent to independently perform duties. This class is distinguished from the lower classification of Level I by the relative independence with which mechanical and electrical duties are performed.

This role serves as a senior individual contributor within the Americas Regulatory Compliance team and is expected to independently manage assigned regulatory activities, provide technical guidance to cross-functional partners, and support the Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance – Americas in the execution of regional regulatory priorities. The role independently develops and documents regulatory positions, translates evolving requirements into practical business strategies, and provides management-ready recommendations regarding compliance risk, commercialization, and implementation priorities.

The position will play an important role in strengthening the capability and effectiveness of the Regulatory Compliance team by providing technical leadership, supporting the development of junior team members, serving as a first point of escalation for routine and moderately complex regulatory matters, and act as a senior technical evaluator of significant regulatory issues.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: Under supervision responsible for the safe production and quality of Frozen Fruit through the operation, maintenance and sanitation of food production and packaging equipment. The Production Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and performance of manufacturing operations. This role oversees Production Supervisors and production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while delivering results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, customer service, labor utilization, and cost management.
