The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leveraging brand strategies to develop Dole Packaged Foods’ business in the region’s customer base to deliver sales revenue growth, distribution and innovation targets, category share, profitability, and supply chain goals.  This person proudly represents the Dole brand with the customer, enhancing the Dole brand through appropriate distribution, pricing, shelving, and promotional activities.

This role encompasses a broad range of account responsibilities, primarily focused on regional grocery retailers and distributors in the Midwest, with some accounts also located in the Southeast U.S.   It is remotely based with a preferred location in the Midwest portion of the U.S. Eligible states are AR, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NJ, OH, OK, PA,TN, TX, WI.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of fresh to frozen food processing and packaging. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks and works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Prepare product for shipment, stack cases onto pallets, and or into frames following the correct pallet patterns

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Under close supervision responsible for the safe production and quality of Frozen Fruit through the operation, maintenance and sanitation of food production and packaging equipment.  May perform the following tasks including lifting, stacking, dumping, pushing and pulling of frozen fruit boxes. Adhere to all GMP, HACCP, safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.

The Senior Regulatory Manager, Americas is a key business partner to the Innovation, Quality, Legal and Marketing teams, ensuring processes, systems, and policies are in place to support and enforce regulatory compliance and best practices in North and South American markets. This role focuses on leading regulatory compliance for labeling, claims, product handling, and cross-border trade.

DESCRIPTION: 

The primary responsibilities of this role will be to record and input data for the inventory control system, maintain accurate inventory quantities, resolve material discrepancies, monitor and reconcile material usage in & out of production, report findings and recommendations for improvement as necessary.

DESCRIPTIONUnder the general supervision of the Sanitation Supervisor, the primary responsibility of the Sanitation Technician II is to clean and sanitize all processing equipment, floors, walls, pipes, trash receptacles, drains, grounds, etc. This position will lead the Sanitation Technicians crew.

Dole Packaged Foods seeks a self-directed, motivated, positive professional to serve as a Human Resources Coordinator at the McDonough location. This is a hands-on HR position supporting the manufacturing plant through partnering and driving the implementation of HR processes and initiatives throughout the plant promoting a result oriented and performance driven culture. This position will be responsible for administrative functions that include: employment / recruiting and staffing, onboarding, records administration, and other various HR functions.
