Pineapple Salsa

You will need

  • 1 tin (567g) DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits or Chunks, reserve ¼ cup of the juice
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1 cup DOLE spring onions, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh coriander or parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons jalapeño chillis, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest


  1. Combine pineapple, pineapple juice, peppers, onion, coriander, chillies, and lime zest in a medium bowl.
  2. Serve salsa at room temperature or slightly chilled.
  3. Use salsa served over chicken or fish, as a dip with tortilla crisps, spooned over quesadillas or tacos.
