1 cup spring onions, chopped

2 teaspoons fresh coriander or parsley, chopped

2 teaspoons jalapeño chillis, chopped

Combine pineapple, pineapple juice, peppers, onion, coriander, chillies, and lime zest in a medium bowl.

Serve salsa at room temperature or slightly chilled.
