Hula Ham Burgers

You will need
- 4 mini burger buns
- 4 teaspoons Dijon-style or prepared yellow mustard
- 4 DOLE® Romaine or Green Leaf Lettuce leaves
- 4 Swiss cheese slices
- 225g sliced smoked ham, cut in half
- 1 tin (225g) DOLE® Pineapple Slices, drained
Method
- Slice buns in half, horizontally. Spread bottom of buns with mustard.
- Layer each bottom half of bun with lettuce, cheese, ham and pineapple slice. Place top half of bun on top. Place mini burgers on baking sheet.
- Bake at 175°C. for 5-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
