You will need

  • 4 mini burger buns
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon-style or prepared yellow mustard
  • 4 DOLE® Romaine or Green Leaf Lettuce leaves
  • 4 Swiss cheese slices
  • 225g sliced smoked ham, cut in half
  • 1 tin (225g) DOLE® Pineapple Slices, drained

Method

  1. Slice buns in half, horizontally. Spread bottom of buns with mustard.
  2. Layer each bottom half of bun with lettuce, cheese, ham and pineapple slice. Place top half of bun on top. Place mini burgers on baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 175°C. for 5-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
