1 cup almond or soy milk,
4 teaspoons honey,
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon,
1 cup frozen DOLE® Blueberries,
2/3 cup rolled oats,
3 tablespoons chopped almonds, pecans, or walnuts,
1 tablespoon chia seeds,
Combine milk, honey, cinnamon, and salt in bowl or jar. Stir until blended.
Step 2: Add blueberries, oats, nuts, and chia seeds. Stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
