1 can (15.25 oz.) DOLE® Tropical Fruit,
1 teaspoon ginger paste or freshly grated ginger,
1/2 teaspoon lime juice,
1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted,
2 kiwi, peeled, halved and sliced,
1 medium ripe banana, peeled and sliced,
Step 1: Drain tropical fruit; reserve 1/4 cup syrup.
Step 2: Combine tropical fruit, reserved syrup, ginger, lime juice, coconut, kiwi and banana in a bowl. Toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
