- 1 can (15.25 oz.) DOLE® Tropical Fruit
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste or freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted
- 2 kiwi, peeled, halved and sliced
- 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- Combine tropical fruit, reserved syrup, ginger, lime juice, coconut, kiwi and banana in a bowl. Toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Drain tropical fruit; reserve 1/4 cup syrup.
