Ingredients (6)
  • 1 can (15.25 oz.) DOLE® Tropical Fruit
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste or freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted
  • 2 kiwi, peeled, halved and sliced
  • 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  1. Drain tropical fruit; reserve 1/4 cup syrup.
  2. Combine  tropical fruit, reserved syrup, ginger, lime juice, coconut, kiwi and banana in a bowl.  Toss to coat.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.
