Ingredients (7)
  • 1 can (15.25 oz) DOLE® Tropical Fruit, drained
  • 3 cups cooked long grain white or brown rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red or green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  1. Toss together tropical salad, rice, cucumber, onion, bell pepper and lemon peel. in medium bowl.  Set aside.
  2.  Pour dressing over salad; toss to evenly coat.
