  • 2 cups, divided DOLE® Tropical Fruit, drained
  • 1 cup DAISY® Low Fat Cottage Cheese
Directions
  1. Spoon half of the tropical fruitĀ  into 2 tall dessert or parfait dishes; top each with layers of cottage cheese and remaining tropical fruit.
  2. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
  3. Serve with ground cinnamon, toasted coconut, granola, sliced toasted almonds or macadamia nuts.
