2 cups, divided DOLE® Tropical Fruit, drained,
1 cup DAISY® Low Fat Cottage Cheese,
Step 1: Spoon half of the tropical fruit into 2 tall dessert or parfait dishes; top each with layers of cottage cheese and remaining tropical fruit.
Step 2: Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
Step 3: Serve with ground cinnamon, toasted coconut, granola, sliced toasted almonds or macadamia nuts.
