A simple quick smoothie for breakfast or as a snack.
Calories per serving
- 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks
- 1 medium, ripe DOLE Banana
- 3/4 cup frozen DOLE Mango Chunks, partially thawed
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Combine undrained pineapple, banana, mango, yogurt and ice cubes in blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Variation: Omit yogurt and ice cubes. Prepare as directed above adding 1 cup lowfat milk or orange juice and 1 tablespoon honey.
