Ingredients (5)
  • 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 medium, ripe DOLE Banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen DOLE Mango Chunks, partially thawed
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  1. Combine undrained pineapple, banana, mango, yogurt and ice cubes in blender.   Cover and blend until smooth.
  2. Variation:  Omit yogurt and ice cubes. Prepare as directed above adding 1 cup lowfat milk or orange juice and 1 tablespoon honey.
