- 10 bacon slices
- 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Slices drained
- 1/3 cup prepared barbecue pulled pork
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lay 2 slices bacon on a plate in a criss-cross. Place 2 pineapple slices on top of each other in the center of the “X”. Spoon about 1 tablespoon pulled pork into the center of the pineapple slices.
- Bring up sides of bacon and fold over pineapple. Place a toothpick in the center to secure. Place pineapple on a metal rack set over a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake on the bottom rack of oven for 40 - 50 minutes or until browned.
